Is LadyButler available in my area?
The quick answer is that LadyButler’s services are available across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as in the UK. In more detail:
Munich & 50km radius: Our largest client base is in and around Munich, where LadyButler’s office is located. On–site projects of any duration are available in this area.
The analysis phase of projects in Munich and surrounding area is generally done on–site several days before the implementation phase to allow for preparation.
Rest of Germany, in Austria and in Switzerland: the minimum on–site project duration is 1 full day. Note: it is possible to share an on–site day with a friend or family member in the immediate vicinity.
There are two options for completion of the analysis phase in these regions. LadyButler will conduct the analysis on–site the day or evening before the implementation phase. Alternatively, to allow more preparation time, this consultation can take place over the phone using photos, or (if available) via Skype using a camera on your laptop.
United Kingdom: LadyButler’s services are available in Central London as well as in the broader Leeds/Manchester area (North & West Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester). Anything related to you and/or your family regaining control over your surroundings and to simplifying your life, for example:

- help your teenager redefine his/her room into a great multi–functional space

How will LadyButler know how to help me?
LadyButler will firstly conduct a detailed analysis consultation in order to evaluate your situation before we begin working together.
LadyButler becomes acquainted with the organization project and with your needs and challenges, as well as with your lifestyle and tastes. In addition, the consultation is an opportunity to understand what you’ve tried in the past, what has worked, and what hasn’t.
The initial consultation meeting is also your opportunity to get to know LadyButler. We will be working closely together in your home environment and it is important that you should feel comfortable and have the chance to ask questions.

How much does it cost to hire LadyButler?
You determine your budget, decide how much help you want and select the service level which is right for you. (All prices are calculated with 19% VAT, which will be deducted if applicable.)
Analysis Consultation:
EUR 95.00 / GBP 80.00 per hour (The analysis costs will be deducted when you book at least one full implementation day)
Creating Clarity / Before/After Effect Implementation:
EUR 85.00 / GBP 70.00 per hour
EUR 750.00 / GBP 600.00 per day (8.30am–6.30pm)
EUR 3,250.00 / GBP 2,500 per week (5 days from 8.30am–6.30pm; Mo–Fr or Sa–We, if preferred)
“Refresh“ Follow-Up/Maintenance:
EUR 55.00 / GBP 45.00 per hour
EUR 500.00 / GBP 400.00 per day (8.30am–6.30pm)
EUR 2,250.00 / GBP 1,750.00 per week (5 days from 8.30am–can be distributed over up to 18 months)
Travel costs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland: For projects beyond a 50km radius of Munich, the most cost–effective mode of transport is selected and charged at cost (receipts will be submitted). There is no charge for hotel accommodation or meals.
Travel costs relating to projects in the UK: LadyButler is in Central London and in North and West Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester on a regular basis. During those trips, no costs for transportation or for accommodation/meals will be incurred.
How long will it take LadyButler to get me organized?
The initial analysis consultation takes 2 hours on average. This depends, of course, on the project scope.
The duration of an implementation project varies depending on its scope.
- The average room (e.g. bedroom including wardrobes, living room) takes 1 full day to complete.
- Home offices tend to take longer, particularly if filing systems are involved, and take an average of 2 days to complete.
- Smaller rooms (such as a bathroom) might take just 2–3 hours.
- Bigger projects (such as a large cellar/basement or an overstuffed garage) may take 2–3 days
Decluttering is often integral to projects and LadyButler will help you arrange the removal/disposal/sale/donation (as applicable) of “decluttered“ items. The amount of consideration you give to decluttering between the analysis consultation and the actual implementation can greatly impact the duration of the project. That is, the more decluttering decisions you are able to make between the consultation meeting and the implementation phase, the quicker the decluttering can be completed.
To what extent will I be involved in the Implementation Phase?
Firstly, it’s your home and your project so you can work with LadyButler for the duration if you wish. Certainly you will have to be there at times (e.g. during the decluttering phase, depending on how much preparation you have done) and you will be encouraged to actively participate during others. There will be times where your presence isn’t necessary, but in terms of on–going coaching and understanding more constructive habits throughout the implementation phase, being there is advantageous.
A sense of ownership comes with active involvement in the project and this is a very important success factor of any organizing project. This is especially key when reorganizing the rooms of children and teenagers to ensure they accept the “new“ room and systems.
Can I request a referral?
In addition to first–class customer service, discretion is the foundation upon which LadyButler has been built, which is why the Before and After photos on the website are kept as neutral as possible and we don’t show full names.
